For obvious reasons, I can't give specifics on the ghostwriting that I've done. My ghostwriting experience includes several screenplays, two speeches, a young adult novel, a mystery novella, and articles for a professional journal and a magazine.
My fees are based on the amount of work needed to complete your project in a timely manner, and to your specifications.
Things you need to provide when hiring a ghostwriter:
- You'll need to have an outline or complete idea - written or verbal.
- If it's a non-fiction piece, or an extremely detailed fiction piece, you may need to gather all of your materials. This includes any pictures, maps, or quotes you want to use. You'll have to have the rights to most personal nonfiction events for novels or screenplays.
- Some projects require many hours (if not weeks) of research. You can either do this yourself, or pay the writer (me) to do it. Keep in mind that the writer's time is valuable and you'll have to pay for the time spent researching, just as you would for the writing.
I'll provide the writing and the first edit of the project.
